The Energy Non-Crisis

Google Video

Lindsey Williams talks about his first hand knowledge of Alaskan oil reserves larger than any on earth. And he talks about how the oil companies and U.S. government won't send it through the pipeline for U.S. citizens to use.

As we shouldn't touch it. Climate Change is bad enough with demand as low as it is. If we returned to $3.00 / gal gasoline demand would increase again.

If that information is true, it just means that Peak Energy will be delayed. Therefore the book should be titled “The Postponed Energy Crisis” instead of “The Energy Non-Crisis”.

the key word here is "chaplain". he was a chaplain in the oil fields of north shore alaska. his belief is so strong the united states is god's blessed country that it makes it impossible for him to accept any notion that we could suffer from or create energy depletion. god would not allow such a thing to happen to his chosen country of beautiful white christians. (the way it started). debate with people like this is futile. their mind is made up. ----------physical laws trump religious beliefs. they always have and they always will. so the future will be what it will be. debate could help prepare for the coming changes, but debate cannot create oil.
